Christine Grimm
Christine Grimm has over 25 years of experience helping executives change and grow organizations while accelerating the execution of organizational priorities and goals.
As a practice leader in the area of alignment, she has led major endeavors to merge organizations, blend leadership teams, move dysfunctional and emerging organizations forward and build strategic alignment, ensuring that both individuals and functional groups focus on performance and move in cadence with other parts of the company.
Karuna Mirchandani
Karuna brings over 20 years of international and domestic expertise as an executive leading strategic planning, operations, mergers and acquisitions, business development and human resources.
Karuna’s extensive management and operational experience spans across the technology, social media, entertainment, engineering and professional services industries.
Michele Calderigi
Michele spent her early years of her career as a corporate Vice President in Human Resources where she focused on the employer point-of-view.
Michele had to develop and execute corporate human resource strategies to hire the right people for the right jobs and ensure the company was able to achieve its goals; but she never lost sight of the value of people and their dreams, wants and needs, so she, too, shifted jobs.

John DiBattista
John DiBattista brings over 30 years of leadership know-how to his coaching, training and facilitation.
John served as a pilot and an officer in the United States Marine Corps and then transitioned into corporate America where he rose through the ranks of numerous Fortune 500 companies, including SC Johnson & Son, Alberto Culver and MGA Entertainment.

This is my 30th year coaching, training and facilitating. Throughout most of that time, I’ve been connected with Chris.

I’m a communications coach. What’s that? It means I help leaders manage their personal brand. I specialize in “The Look & Sound of Leadership.” When someone doesn’t get promoted because she doesn’t “feel” like a VP yet, that’s when I can help.

Shelli Greenslade
In Shelli’s 20+ year career as a consulting psychologist, she has gained tremendous experience working with various industries, geographies, functions and levels of talent within organizations. She has partnered with numerous organizations in translating business strategy into an actionable talent strategy.
She has extensive experience in developing and facilitating the following talent processes: assessments, coaching, competency frameworks, high-potential processes (identification, cultivation, retention), leadership development, succession management, performance management and team effectiveness.
Amy Smith
Amy has over 25 years’ experience in Leadership, Learning & Development, Brand Enhancement, Program Facilitation, and Market Development. She has worked primarily in the Retail and Technology industries, including 10 years as a leader for Apple Retail.
Amy's unique perspective working both in corporate and field environments allows her to help create solutions for clients that are immediately applicable in real life, business situations.
